CEO Coaching
I have two goals when working with entrepreneurs.
The first is that you build the company that is unique to the company you can run.
And second, that you don’t wake up one day realizing you hate coming to work because you built someone else’s company.
Who I Coach
I coach early-stage and growth-stage entrepreneurs who want to lead more effectively while increasing their resilience.
The CEOs I coach range from Creators to CEOs running venture-backed companies.
I’m best suited for CEOs running businesses under $200M in annual revenue with under 1000 employees.
I work with leaders who are curious, self-aware, and committed to their own personal development. They want to lead as the best version of themselves without sacrificing their personal relationships, values, or who they are.
My Approach
Unlike most coaches, I have the scars of building successful big businesses over the past decade.
CEOs think of me as their most trusted confidant. They come to me with the good, the bad, the messy, and the ugly. I listen deeply and ask hard questions. I’ll give you direct and candid feedback.
Rather than molding you into a specific type of CEO, I help you become the leader you are meant to be. Coaching sessions should challenge you to work through what is blocking you.
We’ll work together for an hour every week, or hour and half every other week, depending on the growth of the company. I’m available by text, phone or email outside of that for times where you might need some guidance before our next call.
I Work With 5 Exceptional CEOs At A Time
Once we decide to work together, you’ll have a spot secured with me for as long as you need. You’ll have 1:1 access to me throughout our partnership.
Some founders need surgical help with something specific for 4 - 6 months. Others work with me doing deep work to develop themselves as exceptional leaders for a few years.
